Central Admin.pngFor a general overview of Amplifund, click here.  For School Districts, AmpliFund allows for the coordination, tracking and monitoring of activities for all aspects of a grant between your Central Administration and the school/Individual responsible for implementing the grant. By allowing for the development of an implementation plan that can be allocated to specific end-users with password-specific access, your School District can create a secure standard web portal through which all those responsible for grant outcomes can report grant results. These results can then roll-up through multiple levels, from school to division to School District as a whole, and linked to operational or strategic goals.

The budget can also be allocated and actual expenses reported through the same web portal as the grant goals. The Administration can access real-time reports, allowing them to communicate both internally and externally, to maximize current and future grant results. Expense management and goal completion reports can be accessed at anytime, showing performance at any level, from the individual responsible for the goal, to school performance to District performance.

The AmpliFund planning process allows for the tracking of staff allocations across your District to ensure that staff and teachers are not over allocated to grants. AmpliFund will also help the District understand which staff or teachers would be available to allocate to a specific grant if allocation of staff time needs to be rearranged. AmpliFund allows for the linking of all expenses and revenues to GL accounts and will “red-flag” information that exceeds the GL spending rate.

In terms of the tracking of grant activity, AmpliFund allows for RFP identification to ensure that your grant office does not unknowingly submit multiple applications for a single RFP. Also, with the ability to plan for and monitor extension requests and matching requirements, AmpliFund ensures grants are never out-of-date.

The online polling module also provides the ability to distribute documents throughout the district for electronic signatures as well as the ability to complete and link client/outcome surveys to the grant file.
