For Foundations, AmpliFund allows you to create specific goals/objectives for each grant, allocate the goals and objectives to the grantee, provides a portal for the grantee to report results and ultimately allows for the foundation to monitor results and reports without the grantee having to complete additional paperwork. Not only will your Foundation benefit from having a more efficient system for collecting and monitoring grant performance, but your grantees will be able to monitor their own performance much more effectively, ensuring greater results for your investment. AmpliFund can be configured to replace or integrate with a back-end grants management database to ensure seamless integration of performance into the grant history.
The online polling module also provides the ability to distribute documents to grantees for electronic signature as well as providing the ability to complete and link client/outcome surveys to the grant file.
