StreamLink Software Launches New Versions of Board and Grant Management Software for Nonprofit Organizations and the Public Sector

Cleveland, Ohio - July 27, 2010
- StreamLink Software, a provider of management software for nonprofit organizations and the public sector, launched versions 2.0 of BoardMax, board management software, and AmpliFund, grant management software. These systems simplify board and grant management workflow and include new user-friendly interfaces for board members, staff and partners to collaborate and communicate more efficiently.

"We received such insightful feedback from our existing customers to fuel the newest updates to our products," says Adam Roth, Founder and President of StreamLink Software. "We continue to strive to help nonprofits and the public sector improve performance and increase resources.  With the new features in both AmpliFund and BoardMax, we are making it even simpler to do so."

New features in BoardMax include an agenda builder for staff to easily create and distribute boardbooks and personalized board member pages for board members to view and consolidate calendars from all of his/her boards and access rosters, meetings and tasks. In addition, the new board and committee profiles include the ability to establish baselines to track and measure board member engagement and giving, both in terms of dollars and time.

"I am very excited about the enhanced dashboard features in BoardMax," says Michael Weamer, Executive Vice President of the American Heart Association.  "It will help us and our board easily track and identify the status of goals as well as communicate much more effectively."

AmpliFund is not a donor database, but a system that provides visibility into every part of the grant process.  Performance metrics, budgets and tasks can be assigned to departments, sub-grantees or individual staff members.  These groups can report on these assignments within the same system, and the data rolls up to provide visibility that helps reduce incidents of missed deadlines or under/over allocation of funds.  Documents and files are stored on the Internet and access is permitted to designated staff, board members and others, and permissions can be assigned to ensure confidentiality where needed.

Existing customers will not incur any additional fees, and content will migrate over to the new version.  StreamLink account representatives will contact existing customers to discuss training and any questions.
