A: There is no additional cost for training. The amount of training depends on the individual administrator’s needs, but industry average is about 90 minutes for one to completely learn the system. StreamLink follows the same intuitive principles as Microsoft Office by using as much point-and-click as possible. You will not have to remember to use F2 or other non-intuitive shortcut command.
Q: How will I receive upgrades?
A: StreamLink encourages customer feedback, and software upgrades occur annually based on this feedback. As a web-based system, upgrades are automatic and are included with each annual renewal.
Q: How much do StreamLinks products cost, and what’s included?
A: Included in the upfront price and annual subscription are technical support, training, hosting and future software upgrades. The software price depends on the size of the organization, and the pricing factors in the limited resources within nonprofit organizations.
