We are looking for a phenomenal developer who understands what it takes to ship great web products. We need someone who is experienced, flexible, a fast learner and practical in their approach to software development.
You will be involved on all aspects of the product development, from the database and storage to the jQuery and CSS on the front end, to discussions about business models. We are a nimble fast-paced startup. You should feel comfortable in this type of environment.
Requirements:
- Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, MVC 3/Razor, SQL, IIS)
- Either strong-backend or strong front-end knowledge
- Willingness to learn/work on the other side, a.k.a. a generalist at heart
- Fast coder who ships high quality features the first time

Product Sales Specialist
We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated, aggressive and charismatic Product Sales Specialist (PSS) to pursue direct software sales. The PSS will be expected to initiate, negotiate and close opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship skills and will have a background in technology solution sales. This is a HUNTING sales role and the successful individual will be self-motivated, personable and able to navigate prospect organizations to get to the right people.
The candidate will produce proposals and presentations for potential clients to communicate the value of our product and be responsible for executing an aggressive plan to profitably grow revenue and expand the client base within the assigned territory. This person will forecast, review and track campaign performance accordingly and will report to the VP Sales.

Product Manager: AmpliFund
Product Manager for our web-based grant management software product, AmpliFund. Responsible for planning and executing all training and implementation of AmpliFund.
Essential Functions:
- Sets up new customers on AmpliFund
- Trains customers on effective use of the product
- Monitors existing account training needs and delivers content as needed
- Provides customer service and troubleshooting
- Edits and contributes to content for all technical manuals and materials
- Maintains on-going record of customer interactions
- Conducts webinars
- Designs and plans all training content
- Performs other duties and assists with office tasks as needed
