Adam Roth, President and CEO

Before serving as President of StreamLink Software, Adam was Chief Operating Officer for West Side Ecumenical Ministry (WSEM). As COO, Adam supervised all of WSEM’s programs and was responsible for system development and integration, quality control, resource development, new program initiatives and community collaborations. Adam also served as interim CEO during a leadership change in 2004. While COO, Adam monitored an operating budget of $12 million, more than double WSEM’s operating budget when Adam started at WSEM as the Director of Operations in March 1998.

Adam earned a Master of Social Work and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and the Weatherhead School of Management, respectively. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the The College of Wooster.

Currently Adam serves on the board of Linkagepoint, a full-service technology company in Washington, DC. Adam also serves on the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland’s Technology Committee.

In addition, Adam serves on the boards of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Reads. Adam has also been part of other community boards and collaborations including the West Side Family Resource Network, Detroit Shoreway Weed and Seed, New Leadership Roundtable, the County Emergency Food and Shelter board, United Way Services Organizational Assessment Committee and the Workforce Investment Board Youth Council. He is a past Chair of Cleveland Reads and the LeadDiversity Alumni Association. Adam has been honored with The Diversity Center Young Leadership award for his work in helping create the leadership training program, LeadDiversity, as well as for his work in the Greater Cleveland community.

Dave Carpenter, Executive Vice President of Business Development

Dave Carpenter, Executive Vice President of Business Development of StreamLink Software is a creative and strategic business development professional with 15 years of experience in partnership deal aggregation, M&A and financial analysis. He has a proven track record in contract negotiations, market development and identifying and developing potential venture partners.

Despite our current economic and financial climate, Dave most recently drove $10 million in sales for Bridge Partners, a small boutique real estate advisory and brokerage firm. Dave joined Bridge Partners to expand his knowledge and experience in entrepreneurial organization.

Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Dave was the Vice President of Business and Corporate Development of AGIP, a $100 million division of American Greetings, a $2 billion consumer products company. During his tenure at American Greetings, his work included managing all strategic acquisitions and partnerships ranging from multi-billion dollar companies to small start-ups.

Dave earned his Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Finance. He obtained his B.S. in Finance from Miami University.

John Regal, Executive Vice President of Technology

Executive Vice President of Information Technology, Regal brings over 20 years of software development management, enterprise application deployment and business administration experience in startup environments to StreamLink Software.

In this pivotal role, Regal will be using his knowledge in developing enterprise-class systems, product management and business process management to provide StreamLink’s customers with best of breed solutions. Prior to StreamLink, Regal served as Senior Manager of Engineering of BEA Systems, where he provided technical direction to the Services, Engineering and Support departments for the AquaLogic division. Regal also served as Vice President of Flashline, an enterprise application startup software company which was acquired by BEA Systems. While at Flashline, John was responsible for managing corporate, development and QA infrastructures as well as enterprise applications.

Regal earned his Bachelor of Electronics Engineering Technology from ETI Technical College and has acquired various certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, and Novell. Regal also serves on the board of Test.com and is regularly consulted by local companies on information technology solutions and planning.
